Cliff Designs Media Systems appreciates our clients’ support. We’ve taken time to select for you some of the most reliable high performance products in the world, and your equipment is made to provide many years of enjoyment. We know, however, that service issues may arise. If you have any equipment trouble, please contact us. We are always happy to help.

Our business hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.  If you require service after hours or on the weekend, please contact us via phone or email and we will do our best to arrange a service time.

If you are a new client, we provide free support on the installed system for 90 days from the date of installation.  Any service required after the 90 days, our standard service rates apply with the exception to clients who have purchased a pre-paid service agreement.
